The secretary that does the scheduling for the school is very inept. My wife and daughter sat face to face with this person and scheduled date and times for my daughter to take driving ******s only to show up for my daughter's second ****** to find out that this secretary had entered wrong dates and times that were not what had been agreed upon in their initial meeting. She refused to correct the problem and refused to accept responsibility for her gross negligence. When we told her we would not be continuing with this school she tried to refund our money less one ******, which I expected, and a $50 admin fee. I refused to accept less the $50 admin fee and explained it was due to her negligence in messing up the scheduling. She finally relented and included the $50 admin fee in the refund. I do not recommend this school at all. Even the instructor that gave my daughter her only ****** there said this person double books and does stuff like this often and even referred to her as crazy, his words. Stay away from this school, it is nothing but a headache dealing with them.Review from Gina J

This place is horrible, they NEVER return calls, voicemails, text. They always put blame on the other worker there so youre just thrown in a loop. Youre not provided with any class schedule, so we didnt know about Saturday classes being at 8. I figured at 9 since they have posted on their window they open at nine. That only made sense. But along with everything else, sense is something they also lack.Review from Christina H

Horrible company that shouldnt be allowed to provide their service. One of the driving instructors had the audacity to stop at H-E-B and fill a prescription while my daughter was trying to complete her required drive/ observation hours. I hope this company goes out id businessReview from Lisa H

Not only do they never have any available drives but they don't return texts or phone calls. Ive been looking for 2 months now to schedule a drive and there hasn't been even 1 day open. I had to drive over there to get an answer since Ive left over 10 messages.Review from Martina A.

No hours available ever! I check everyday and its always the same response there are no hours available at this timeHow can this business be held responsible? They are not honoring their part of the contract
