      A shirt was sent to be dry cleaned in March of 2024.I was informed days later that there was a problem with the shirt. I called headquarters and they informed me that the color bled on the shirt and was going to send it to some lab. Weeks later I found out that this shirt had been cleaned 3 times before this happened. I called Thousand Oaks again and stated I just want the shirt replaced or money back at the cost of the shirt. She informed me that she would need to speak to the owner and call me back. That was 4 weeks ago. This was a pretty expensive shirt and all Im asking is that they make it right and not ignore the situation. I feel like they are trying to put it back on me the owner of the shirt, but they are the laundry professionals. Thats the reason I use dry cleaning services.

      The item in question was dropped off at one of our locations for cleaning. The care label specifies 'dry clean only' and that is the process we used to clean the item. The red dye on the item bled onto the white dye on the item. We sent pictures of the blouse to the ***************************************** on May 7, 2024. The results indicated that the blouse was cleaned properly, and the manufacturer was the party at fault for not ensuring that all component materials applied to the garment were fully resistant to withstand repeated professional cleaning. I attempted to contact to contact ******************** on May 16, 2024, to explain to him the findings of the *****************************************. We are willing to meet him halfway in the form of instore credit for $700.00 because he is a good customer. We cannot in good conscience refund the entire amount of the item as it was not our wrongdoing.

      I dropped off several pairs of pants Friday July 8, 2022 at the **** Springs location. I was told that the pants would be ready the following Wednesday after 5. I went in to pick them up on the following Friday but was told they were not ready. If they were lost to please let me know now. Whenever/if they are found to deliver them to my address on file so that I dont have to keep going to check in on them.Days later I called the central number and left a message but when she called me back she dialed the wrong number and sent an email for more information. I left more information describing the articles and time but have not heard back yet. I tried calling today but nobody picked up the phone and the voicemail would not allow me to leave a message. I would like to know whats going on and what the status is.Please help!

      Better Business Bureau:

       
      They said they finally found my clothes.  Apparently they were tagged with someone elses name.  I spoke to the rep and they are supposed to be delivered to my house of Friday
