    1st visit 11/22/23. Job quality below par so ** went back to redo job 12/23. Again the outcome was poor & as I communicated that, the ** proceeded to say I did a final walk thru & the job was complete when in fact that's incorrect. I did a few walk thru's, but the items I pointed out weren't addressed. When I discussed the quality of work w/***** in Nov/1st time, he became unpleasant. He didn't want to pay for the paint for the redo. The painter told me the ** would cover the paint; ***** didn't contact me to lmk. They brought a lower quality of paint & didn't use primer, but flat paint on the walls as primer. Again, I reached out to ***** after doing research & told him that I wanted the same paint purchased for the Family Room Ceiling. He proceeded to tell me it was out of stock. I told him SW could get from another store & that I would be happy to PU. The next day his painter showed up w/the product of paint initially purchased.They didn't complete the job @430 as ***** expected so I had to rush out the door as I had a 5 pm appt. I told the ** B4hand that I had to leave at 5 so it was no surprise, but ***** proceeded to send his men that afternoon. His men were ******* to finish so there wasn't an opportunity to do a final walk thru. That same night, the ** wanted payment. When I told the ** I had to do a walk thru before payment, they proceeded to threaten they were going to charge me late *********** I emailed the ** pics sharing the poor quality. The ** proceeded to say I increased the scope. The attached est. shows the increase in scope agreed upon. Pd $0 of $4984; No, poor work. New quotes prove work has to be redone.To show good faith, I told them I would pay partial payment, but their application doesn't allow partial *************** confirmed this. When I asked the ** for resolution, they said that I would have to pay then WTY would kick in. I told ** the job was done poorly/incomplete so it didn't fall under the purpose/def. of WTY

    We had a monster job for the Patch Boys. I had to have my entire house waterlines re-plumbed. The re-plumbing meant that they had to cut holes in my walls all over the house. There were 70+ holes that were cut. Patch Boys assembled a crew and did a fantastic job over the course of 4 days to patch, tape, float and texture. They were professional, respectful, and very hard workers. All of them from ***** (the owner) to the crew ***** **************************, ******** did a great job. **** was especially hard working and attentive. We have since re-painted over the patch work and it looks fantastic. The texture match is very good and blends completely natural. These guys are good! Thank you Patch Boys.
