We bid on a silent auction trip for a school fundraiser in February 2024. I have been diligently trying to work with **** since February to book this vacation. We are now in June and it is still not booked. Not only that, he told me twice that it was booked and hed send me the details tomorrow. Come to find out that the properties we wanted arent even available anymore and we have to choose new ones. He couldnt remember which property we wanted to book (even though I sent it to him multiple times). Buyer beware. He does not communicate or fulfill reservations as requested.

On January 6, 2024, we purchased a Once in a Lifetime Kentucky Derby travel package from Give Back Auctions / Fundraising for $9,000. The package included 3-night upgraded hotel accommodations, VIP seating for the Oaks and **************, limo transportation, and invitations to two separate functions (Celebrity Gala and Taste of Derby). On April 4, 2024, we reached out to **** via phone for more information regarding hotel and ride inconsistencies we observed. At that time, we discovered that rooms were never blocked and thus unavailable / now more expensive at the hotel originally promised with the package. As a result, we agreed that the original payment would be refunded by April 15th and the package to be resold to another party. That money had yet to be refunded as of May 6th, despite numerous attempts to resolve directly with **** via email and text. Thankfully, we disputed the experience with our credit card company and received a refund as a result. However, **** has failed to respond nor apologize for the experience. The lack of response and failure to provide the package as purchased has caused significant stress and inconvenience please beware!
