I opted in for the $65 no contract for gym membership. Charged on 4/6/2022.After several visits to the location I was deeply disappointed on how unprofessional and unreliable the business displayed. Reasons of disappointment:The business does not follow the hours of operation posted on there website. It took me several drives to actually catch the facility open. A trainer advised the website hours have been wrong for some time. The only way I was able to know if the gym was open is to schedule a class offered by a trainer at there own scheduled times. Even then the trainer was late and took my time to prepare for the open of facility. Due to the unreliable resources I decided to cancel my membership. I followed the steps for cancellation posted on the agreement. In which consists of sending an email to ******************************* to request for cancellation within 30 days of billing cycle. 4/6/2022 Sent email and received no response nor confirmation. I called the facility for a follow up and no one answered the phone for several days. Left voicemail 5/12/2022 I was billed $65 for membership. I sent another email of cancellation, left voicemails and visited the facility which I was advised management was not available. I was not given expected return times/day. My attempts were not responded to. 7/6/2022 I was billed again $65. Sent another email, I was unable to leave voicemail due to mailbox full. I visited the facility in which a trainer understood my frustration and called the manager ******* by phone. I was advised manager was driving and would call me in 30min. to discuss my membership. I provided my name and number. Till this day I have not been contacted. I was forced to have my debit card cancelled by my bank to avoid further charges. I was not refunded. I was billed for three months for this membership and only actually received service once on 4/5/2022.
