Back in October I was quoted a price for fencing material at 902-933 with tax. However we decided to wait to after the holidays to replace our fence. In January we were quoted around the same price for the materials due to price increasing. I had a difficult time trying to pay for materials over the phone so I sent the guy I hired to replace my fence to the company to have them take my payment and collect receipt. While there the company charged me 300+ dollars more for the materials I purchased. Once I was able to look at the breakdown on the receipt I saw a other charge for 300 dollar's. When I questioned *****, and ***** over the phone, I was told it was for materials being more expensive and a 36 percent mark up for materials, and any other excuse. I did not agree to an additional 300 dollar fee at which they have no good explanation for. They were able to pull up my original quote that the manager ***** gave me which was 902, a 400 dollar difference. Not only did they over charge me, they charge me incorrectly for the materials I received. They charged me more for bigger poles when I received smaller poles, and also for black powder coated when I received standard fencing parts. At this point I don't even no how much more they over charged me for my materials and the additional other fee of 300 dollars, not including the taxes I paid on the bill. I have a recording of our conversation of ***** telling me that every worker charges a different price for their customers. My neighbor just had her fence done with the exact same size and materials need for her yard and the price was around 950 with tax. I want my money back for the over charge of 300, plus whatever the money owed to me for taxes at the very least.

We have refunded Ms. ******* the 300 dollars and she was satisfied with this outcome.
