            I paid Cityline Fence ** $3282.14 to build a gated fence across my back yard and a gated fence on the left front yard, Within 2 months the gate posts were leaning and one gate was jammed and the other could not be latched. After multiple calls (daily for over 2 weeks) the agreed to fix it for a fee of $150.0, which I paid, but it took a week of daily calling before they contacted me with a date to fix the fence. They spent about 10 minutes repositioning the latches on the gate, but did not fix the leaning posts. I have called multiple times since and they said they could either rebuild the left front fence or refund $50.00. They have done neither, and not responded to calls, texts or emails for over a month. So now I have 2 gates that cannot not be accessed in both dry and wet weather. I am requesting that the fence be fixed or a refund.

            I hired this company to replace my existing fence with new western cedar wood. From far away the fence looks great Upon Close inspection you see a fence made up of different textured boards. Warped boards, damaged boards. They also left 2 gaps which creates a safety issue for my family allowing snakes to come into the yard. The fence is supposed to have a 1 year warranty. I have called the company representative I dealt with several times and have left messages but have received no return call.This fence has more damage than the one taken down. They took the money but used sub par materials. I do not recommend anyone use this company.
