On Tue., 2 July 2024, I made an on line purchase of $69.95 for a pair of Solaris-Enok Cloud Slides, size 15. After shipping costs and a 10% discount, $62.95 was charged to my credit card. Ultimately, the slides were too small and the company does not sell size 16 slides. Per instructions on the website, I emailed and call, requesting a refund. After 2 emails; no response from the company. My phone calls go to a voicemail; it sounds like a residential voicemail message vs. one you would hear when calling a business. I even tried their "chat" feature on the website, but no one answers. Due to their lack of response, I'm feeling very "scammed". My request is simple: I want to return the slides and have the $62.95 refunded back to my credit card. I'd appreciate ANY assistance you can provide.Business response

I paid for the stzy slides in April 2024. I have contact them several times with them telling me that they were waiting on stock. I contacted them yesterday, 6/17/24 with no response. I have not received the product stillInitial Complaint

I placed an order on 3/21 for $167.80 and it hasn't shipped nor have I received any confirmation. This is the 2nd time this has happened. The first time I requested a refund last year and received it after messaging the company on their IG page. I have already reviewed the return policy and I am within the 30 days to receive a refund but I cannot get a reply via email, IG, or live chat on their website. Today, I am 2 days from not being able to request a refund yet no one is responding to my requests. I have a feeling that I'm not the only one experiencing this with this company. Order was placed on 10/15/22. This was a pre-order that was originally promised by December 2022. The owner has pushed back the product delivery date several times. The owner sent a news letter on 5/1/23 stating supposedly having manufacture issues when the owner has expressed having financial issues to me via a phone call on several occasions. The newsletter stated that a refund could be requested at any time, no questions asked. On 1/14/24, I requested a refund and have received no correspondence from the company whatsoever. I also earned affiliate marketing dollars from this company that I'm unable to obtain because my affiliate account no longer exists. I'm requesting assistance in securing my refund as well as the affiliate marketing dollars I've earned. I would have preferred to work this out with the owner, but the owner has cut off communication with me. Thank you.
