We purchase this house in 20/20 with a warranty 10 year this company has not been able to be contacted they do not answer their phone they do not have a business answering machine for anyone to get back with them we have been trying to get in touch with them we have not got a response or been able to talk to anyone of them about our level these people are a joke and a host we've been trying to get in touch with them over a year and they should be charged and that company should be shut down and not be able to do anything because they are not a legit company is ridiculous that so many people are going through the same thing with this companyBusiness response

Can't get hold of Alpha House leveling to request warranty work. Six years ago they put in concrete piers. I have a ten year warranty. I have called number listed but no answer.Business response

Mr.Tol ******* you have a 10 year warranty with Alpha House Leveling.
I didnt see any missed calls on my phone from Tol *******
Perhaps you called when I was in a place with no phone service or my phone battery died.
I apologize for the inconvenience, it wasnt my intention to avoid the warranty.
The warranty is valid till March 2025
If you can let us check the elevations on the house to see if there has been any movement on the area that has been worked on by us. It would be greatly appreciated.
I will contact you soon to make an appointment.

I am rejecting this response because: This is not true. Both me and my wife called **** times never getting answering machine only continue rings. When I did get hold she told me she would get back with me when Alpha could come out and look at it. She never returned call. After several months we had our foundation repaired by ****** at the cost of $15,000. I would request and expect a partial refund of the $10,000.00 I paid Alpha leveling for a job that failed.
