I hired this company to fix my foundation on my home. I'm active duty Army, had major surgery 3 weeks before the crew showed up. They did not complete the contract and damaged my AC system working in an area they had no business working in. The admin team has blown me off and offered to pay 1000$ of a 3800$ bill.

I have spoken to ************** about his issues. We are refunding him for the work he stated was not completed. We offered to go complete the work and he refused. The a/c unit was 15 feet away from where the work was done. I emailed ************** on Monday April 24th regarding this issue and have received no response. ************** also made a false statement on a ****** review stating that this claim was in litigation. When asked for his attorney information he stated that he had not contacted one and would change the review. The review has not been changed. I will reach out to ************** again this morning to inform him about the email that was sent, and we are waiting for his response.Initial Complaint

The work was completed October 14, 2008. We had our foundation repaired. We were told that the Guarantee would be good as long as we owned our home. Two years ago we noticed new cracks in out home. We contracted an engineering company who advised us that the foundation repairs were failing. We contacted Olshan foundation and they refused to honor their guarantee. We even contacted an attorney, but the attorney advised us that they went bankrupt, then they reorganized as a new company and therefore they have a legal loophole so they do not need to honor their contract. We paid $12150.00 for the foundation repair, but Olshan has refused to honor their guarantee.Business response

I *********************** went to the property on 11/12/22 and met with the homeowners. We talked through the reorganization and bankruptcy the homeowner is talking about. I took elevation readings of the home, showed the homeowner what can be done with the existing pilings on the home, talked through the new work needed on the home and provided an estimate for the new work along with adjusting the existing pilings. I have not heard back from the homeowner in regard to the new work or adjusting the existing pilings. Attached is the contract and drawing for the work needed.Initial Complaint

Structural work done in **** on my house. Paperwork attached with lifetime warranty. I have been trying to reach Olshan for the past month since my house went under contract. Future buyers want written proof that the company is still in business and stands by this warranty. We have not been able to get in touch with anyone live to help us with this and risk the deal falling apart. Please have someone contact me asap!!
