We hired ************ to fix foundation, our porch was damaged also so we're give a option to fix that as well, complaining about the poor workmanship, was told time and again from ************ Representative that it would be taken care of ,but the times of appointments keep getting chaned,it has been almost a year and we still haven't had a repair .The set a date and then don't show up. We have reached out and are running out of patience, do we have to take legal action to have the work completed?

************ takes full responsibility for the scheduling issue. This is something that we have worked through to ensure it doesn't happen again. To stand by our word, we have completed the project for Mr. and *******************. In addition, we have refunded the work back to Mr. and ******************* by hand-delivering a check. 12/22/2022 date of transaction As to date No payment made due to lack of substantial satisfaction to address completion of service including paperwork (engineered signed altered placement of piles and piers from original , documented proof of re measurements of floor elevation after work completed and warranty)GreenSky Financial has been informed and open case to investigate merchants actions No attempt or effort from ******************************* verbalized he would NOT address any concerns because project is completed theres nothing he will do.Business response
