December of 2023, I hired Supreme Foundation to repair my foundation. The price was great, he explained everything. The problems started after the completion of the work. 1. They broke 3 pipes 2 were found immediately the other a week later (sprinklers) I brought in someone to repair them with promise from the company that I would be reimbursed, it cost me **** near **** dollars, (I sent them the bill for the first two pipes, but when they didnt reimburse me, I decided not to send them the bill for the third pipe assuming if they ignored the first two they would ignore the third as well) they still havent reimbursed me.2. The holes they dug continued to collapse, I called them and they promised to fill them, they did a half a** job the first time, so they collapse again. (They did not pack them down) I called them back and it took over a week before they came back to fill the holes. They filled the holes on the side of the house and left another right in front of the house untouched.

The customer was aware and only informed us of 1 broken sprinkler. This sprinkler was repaired by our contractor at the time it was broken, during foundation stabilization. The customer's fianc mentioned to our supervisor during work that they were having the sprinkler lines rerouted after we were done with our work. The estimate the customer sent for reimbursement was for the lateral lines and sprinkler repair.I do not have a problem paying for the repair of the 1 sprinkler ($212.50) but feel our plumber should have been allowed to return to repair and look at it. As for the holes, we have been out twice now to pack/fill them in. We are not obligate to fill in the holes as they settle. The second time was obvious that someone had re-dug some of the holes out but we did fill/pack them again.
Per our contract:Line # 6
6. Supreme Foundation Repair will not be responsible for cosmetic or any damages including without limitation damage to sheetrock,paint, wall covering, wall paper, floor covering, glass, tile, brick and / or mortar, plumbing, piping or piping systems, or damage to driveways, walks,lawns, trees, shrubs, or items of personal property not removed prior to construction, it being specifically understood and agreed that such damages may and often do occur during the installation process and lifting procedure, and that risks of cracking of drywall and brick joints cannot be completely eliminated. Repairs costs for the above referenced items and the like are not included in this contract and are not warranted by Supreme Foundation Repair.
