    I purchased cabinets through my rep from this company. Originally the cabinets were to come 4-6 weeks. Than ****. They arrived 13 1/2 weeks later. Every single piece of moulding, filler and panel was damaged from scratches, to dents, to poor painting, lack of sanding, etc. Not to mention the filler was made of composite wood instead of real wood. Every piece of cabinet was also either damaged or poorly painted or was just poorly done. The company rep is now saying I have to wait an additional 4-5 weeks to replace parts and he is not willing to replace all. Rather he is going to send someone to finish the cabinets by hand. I just want my money back so that I can go to different company.

    I have had pretty much the same experience. They have given me the run around for over a year. I cannot tell you how disappointed I am in the quality of the cabinets I received and their customer service. From the time the *********************** were received, I have had nothing but problems, and to top it off, the paint is already chipping after a year of normal wear and tear. My cabinets that were in my house since **** were of better quality, and they were contractor-grade cabinets. From the very beginning, I received damaged products from shipping and construction defects. After numerous attempts to let Nations rectify the situation, they still have not delivered. I even settled and let them hide damage to large pieces that could not be replaced with trim pieces. The worst part is the runaround. I even let a service representative come to my house to examine my complaints in person and was asked "did you do your research?". Really!?! You're the victim? They continue to claim this is a warranty issue like the previous review stated, but it's not. It is a product manufacturing, quality, and integrity issue. After over a year of trying to get cabinets that are made correctly and making complaints about quality issues, I have requested a partial refund. No company member has reached out to me to discuss my request. I would not recommend this company or its affiliates to my worst enemy. I would love to receive a 100% refund and for Nations to come and get these crappy cabinets, but I have $5000 worth of quartz countertops on them. If Nations wants to refund me 100% for the cabinets and the countertops, I would say come get them. However, I know that won't happen, so I have formally requested a 50% refund. I believe that is fair since the product delivered was substandard, the time that I have given them to rectify the situation has been over a year (still not rectified), and for my inconvenience and emotional distress. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! NO STARS!
