***** the owner sold me a piece of granite. He made me pay up front through Zelle. I made the payment and he now wont refund the money or do the job. He says his divorce is causing financial problems, but I just want my money back. it is theft of service to charge and not do the jobInitial Complaint

Bad Boys granite took our money to purchase granite for us on 1/12/23. Then we needed more granite and came back and got more money for another slab some time at end of January. We have called to set up dates to come install and he agreed, didnt show up and now he will not return our phone calls. Its like he took our money and disappeared. We would like him to bring us the granite we purchased if he is to busy to put it in.Business response
