On 12/30/21 my daughter and I went to get our hair done at Hair Legacy *************************************************** for New Year, we had hair cut, hair dye and a Brazilian blowout that cost us ****** for both of us. The hair cut and hair dye was like ******.our hair went into shock I don't know if it was because we had our hair dye as well at the same. I was on deployment since 10/21. I contacted the salon and they were helpful at all. Ever since this happen we both have to wear our hair up or covered up. We will never go to that Salon. As you can tell on this pictures our hair is dry and damage. I want my money back ****** to the card they charge me.Business response

Customer received a liquid keratin treatment that bonds hair to create a protective layer diminishing frizz and sealing the cuticle to protect the hair. She claimed it dried her hair out. She was asked to come in to salon or call me back after she washed it so we can look at the hair and conclude what she claimed. She never responded or allowed us to see the hair.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
Regards,due to 1. I was on deployment on a mission. I just got back to ***********. That's a good way to steal money from consumers. 2. My Daughter had Covid and wasn't able to go back. She still having a lot of problems as well. I'm requesting my money back. I also file a complaint with my federal trade commission, attorney general and got problem solver channel involved as well. Hair Legacy damage both my hair and my daughter and want this taken care as soon as possible. Thank you
