Precious is the best trainer in the whole wide world! She is incredibly supportive, encouraging and challenging all wrapped up in one beautiful person! I have been working with her for 8 months now and had only intended on signing up for a few sessions. But it has been so much fun, I keep renewing. And coming from someone who never worked out previously, the task of getting me to enjoy working out was no small feat! Precious is a-mazing!!!!!

I have been working with Precious for 8 months and believe that her help has been extremely beneficial. Not only does she listen to me and design my workout to meet my goals but her encouragement helps me persevere making my physical wellbeing a priority. She demonstrates her professional understanding of fitness in how she adjusts the program and keeps me interested in improving my health. She has a way of making me feel welcome when I come to the workout. I have seen her interact with many clients in group classes as well and the concern and care translates to those she helps there as well. She has a genuine heart to help me improve my health and I have seen her continue to gain knowledge in professional development classes throughout the time I have been her client. One of the best services I have ever received! Precious was very professional and focused on all my areas of concern. She also gave me tools to take home and use in between sessions that made it easier for the next visit; as what I thought were problem areas, were lessened. I would definitely recommend her to everyone I know, you definitely won't regret it.Review from Eugene M

Precious is a excellent trainer. She'll create workout plans based on the results you're looking for and work with you on how to properly complete them. She adapts based on the feedback you give her and pushes you hard in 1 on 1 sessions. Don't book her for a trainer if you are not serious about getting in shape.
