      Loyal Home Services is a very unprofessional establishment, although I do believe its only one person, the owner. He came on a Friday to check my AC, sent by AHS, he said I needed Freon which I paid $525.00 for. He didnt even check the unit in the attic. The next day it still was not cooling. He came back next Tuesday and checked the upstairs unit and said the coil needed to be replaced because it wasnt cooling the downstairs unit. He was supposed to send the results to AHS but he didnt, even after 1 week. He never answered any of my calls either. He also told me that AHS wouldnt cover my AC. I had the contract in my hand so I knew that they would. He never responded. He should not be on any list on any Insurance companies to fix anything. Absolutely unacceptable. Hes a scammer and needs to be stopped. Just because he has an LLC and knows a few things doesnt make him a professional.

      My AC unit did not work in my house. The temperature inside my house was 86 degrees, and the outside temperature was >98 degrees.I called my home warrantee company about the *** and they sent Loyal Home Services to my house. Loyal Home Services inspected the compressor outside my house and told me that there was "a leak" in one of the tubing, and they would need to put in a temporary sealant and freon. They then recommended to me to buy a new AC unit. I told them that my AC unit was only around 5 years old. I asked how much a new unit would cost, and they immediately quoted me a price around $12,000 for a new unit. They checked the furnace unit inside my house and said that there was some "water leak" but did not explain any further about the water leak. All they did was checked leak at outdoor coil, did leak seal and refilled with freon. They also wrote me a quote for a new AC unit for >$12,000 The next day, I checked under the furnace and found half-inch of water in the cold air return box. Unfortunately, the water had seeped into the hardwood floor. I got another HVAC company who had originally installed the furnace and compressor to check on the compressor and there was no leak in the aluminum tubing, but oil was leaking out of the pressure plastic caps. They checked the furnace and found a clogged drain that caused water spill over in the cold air return box. They cleared the clogged drain, installed a new moisture detector and replaced the caps.The AC unit in my house now is now working fine and no water leak in the cold air return box.This is poor and unprofessional conduct of Loyal Home Services, who did not address the real underlying issues of my AC. Instead, they said that my compressor had a leak when it did not, and tried to sell me a new AC unit for over >$12,000.

      Contractor came on behalf of American Home Shield and without even talking to them, he told ** that he had, and that American Home Shield now required he use a "universal part" to repair our unit so there would obviously be some re wiring needed that the customer would be responsible for. He immediately went and bought the part, repaired it and charged ** $473.05. As it turns out, after calling AHS on a daily basis including that same day before he came back, American Home Shield could not get ahold of him for a diagnosis. It took him 3 weeks to submit the diagnosis, and I am still waiting to hear from AHS as to whether or not they now require "a universal part" when repairing the covered items in their contract which I was told by several service representatives that they don't, but I would like it in writing.
