I contacted American Home Sheild for an Air conditioning problem on June 18. The heat in *********** has been above 100 for three weeks. They assigned my repair to Elements. On June 21 *****, from Elements diagnosed my problem and said the office would contact AHS then my repair would be scheduled. I called on Friday, June 23 to find out my appointment but was told it would be sometime the following week. On Tuesday, June 27 I was told it would be on Saturday, July 1. I also told them I needed at least 25 minutes to get there as I was staying with my son. On July 1 I was called at 12:58 PM that they were on their way to my house. I told them if they arrived before me they were welcome to look at the outside unit until I could let them inside. I arrived at 1:23 and there was no one there. I immediately texted that I had arrived. I did not receive a response. I texted again 10 minutes later, no response. I then called and it went straight to voicemail. I waited another 15 minutes and it went to voicemail again. Then I checked my email and was told the repairman marked the job as complete with AHS. I then called AHS and explained everything and they were to follow up on Monday. Today is Monday, July 3 and I called Element to be told it was marked as a no show because they waited 30 minutes and left. That is untrue and I have the texts and phone calls to prove it. I know they purposely put me off for 2 weeks. This is not they way to do business during a heat wave. Please file my complaint and contact me. Thank you
