      I hired Dynamic Home Improvement in May 2022 for a project to replace floor tile, shower, vanities and countertops in two bathrooms. Since then I've had to hire contractors to correct issues left by Dynamic Home Improvement: - Re-install toilets to properly attach wax rings to fix leaks. - Install correct p-traps under sinks to fix leaks - Re-tile showers to fix leaks through the shower floor and into the ceiling of the first floor. - Repair ceiling drywall from shower leak I contacted Dynamic Home Improvement by phone and text over a three-week period to request them cover repair costs. Their response was to "make things right", but up to this point they have failed to follow through and now calls and texts are ignored.

      We are sorry to hear **** had a bad experience with us. Dynamic home improvement has been known for quality work for the past 7 years. Rarely do we have a client who is not satisfied with our work. But if we do, our first option is to send a contractor out to fix the problem, our second option is to offer a partial refund. 

      In Erics situation we gifted both partial refund and fixed a toilet seal issue. 10 months later we receive photos of water damage and materials taken out of place by another contractor. **** requested we cover cost for the new contractor estimate. Unfortunately, that is not something we are willing to do. If water damage was caused by **, the issue would have shown within a week of installation: not 10 months later.
      When water damage became apparent, we should have been notified so that we could help prevent further damage. We have done what we thought was right considering the situation. There is no more we can do on the matter.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      The statement provided by Dynamic Home Improvement does not resolve the issue.  I made several attempts to both ***** and ***** to come look at the damage for themselves, but was told ***** is out of town and to wait for his call when he's back.  ***** never called back, even after my many communication attempts over calls and texts. 

      I no longer waited for ***** to call, so a contractor was hired to address the water damage by re-tiling the entire shower, which came with a $10K cost.  I want to be very clear, Dynamic Home Improvement made no attempt to look at the damage caused by their work.
