I need your help exiting what I now can see is a predatory and deceptive business tactic from a company owned by ******* ********************************* with Admiral Automated Solutions, LLC. *****************************************************************************. *******'s phone number is:************.Upon moving into my home, I got an unsolicited visit from *******'s employee (*******************/************) on 10.07.2023. **** told me about a free program for *** monitoring that allows me to try the service for a month for free and then decline with no penalties/ramifications if I am not content with the service.I asked how he knew who I was, **** told me that "******* has made connections with all the realtors in the area &the realtors sell the buyer's information to him." **** set up an installation date for the unit on his first available date. Unbeknownst to me, the date he selected was AFTER the contract language activates the lock-in period for the service **** defaulted to an installation date that'd automatically trigger the lock-in language of their contract. 10.13.2023, I began getting a credit card charge for the monthly fee, even though **** told me that the first month was my trial month and that the fee would be waived. I also got a call from another of *******'s employees named ***** (even though I asked &marked on the agreement that I did not want to share my information w/ their business partners). ***** said she got my info from ************ owned multiple ************** said it was ok to call me to talk about buying solar panels from him. I told ***** that I was uncomfortable with being charged prematurely for the *** service &that i continue to feel preyed upon by *******. ***** gave me *******'s **************** began calling me names and claiming I was bullying him He has blocked my ********** have no other recourse. Please help. Also, this system has not worked correctly. It can't connect to wifi &I have incessant beeping d/t lack of wifi every 30 seconds every day.
