Date of Transaction 11/27/2022 Amount of transaction ***** The business was supposed to provide a 20 minute carriage ride through downtown *********** The nature of this dispute is that:I on a carriage ride with my daughter thanksgiving weekend. We barely take off from the depot when we were rear ended by a car at a stop light. The car took off, and our horse carriage driver called her boss and we went straight back to the depot. At the depot we gave them pictures of the car that hit us. They charged us the full amount for the ride. I paid not thinking straight because I was in shock with the entire ordeal. We were only on our ride for **** minutes, we had just taken off when we got hit. As soon as we were hit the music was turned off. The driver was understandably very upset, and it became a serious matter. But I dont understand why we were charged for that ride. I called and left several messages. I have also sent two emails requesting a refund and I never received a response back. They havent even checked on us to make sure we are okay. Ive given them plenty of time to make this right.
