I was a nurse there and it was my first nursing job and they had a week orientation then threw me in a charge nurse of an entire unit which is *** 24 pt to one rn. The lvn passes meds and there was never enough techs to patient ratio. There was harldy ever a schedule so you never knew who was supposed to be where. No one knew protocol because when you asked one person something and then another staff the same question you'd get different answers even from the supervisors. The supervisors were there to bonus off this corrupt place. The company as a whole is corrupt and I pay for the patients admitted there. That place is a safety hazard and a revolving for off burntout staff. Patient care is last on this facility's list and they love to call themselves a hospital but they are so far from a hospital it's not even funny. When patients get really sick they're sent out to real hospitals then cleared to come back to that hellhole. I saw two techs ick up a 7 yr old boy who was throwing a fit and without even asking the charge nurse, they picked him up under his arms and threw him in the seclusion room and one put her foot in front of the door so he couldn't get out. I called the supervisor and all they said was that wasn't right but no one was reprimanded and no incident report done. They sweep so much c*** under the rug that there no more rug left to sweep this s*** under. I hope someone takes over this co.pany from this greedy lazy ceo and makes it what it could be because it has potential but as usual greed ruins everything. Stay away from this place and please don't put your loved ones here, especially your children.
