      Billed for time workers not working over charged. Didn't keep to quote

      Good morning to whom is my concern:

       

      1. We do not have any service yesturday under  that person name who is making the complain.

      2. The Contract was under ******* ****** 

      3. The reason why movers was doing nothing at the time they took the pictures  is because we stop the clock, she was not completing the money to pay the total service , the driver stopped the movers while they fixed the money issues. time we stopped was not charged to the customer 

      4.The client  argue that because his bed and sectional sofas  was taken apart, we explained to her that we have to disassemble some furniture to be able to take out of the apartment , since a bed made up does not go out the door , same with the sectional sofas.

      5. Her apartmetnt was not ready,  we move her to the office party room temporaly she was very mad during full service , this is not the first time we move her, every time she is creating problems to see how her move can be free.

      6. We always provide quality and professional services to our customers and we never try to get advance from theirs .

      7.I can submmite customer contract TOTAL Hrs 4.5 total payment  $692.50       ( 2 bedroom apartment plus small storage)

      I am rejecting this response because:
      Ms ****** was charged for the 2 times the workers where just sitting in the truck. And did not have any problems with the first 2 moves. We have found items that they took apart will not work properly after they were reassembled and the apartment was fully broke down and ready to go out the door just as she has always had it prepared for the first 2 moves that didn't take the excessive time to move. I am filling this out on behalf of Ms ******. She does not have access to the internet. It's so sad that after using this company before she was treated this way. As a senior on a fixed income and a woman who is very good at always being prepared for these movers to take advantage is outright disrespectful. The time of the move was 2 hours the first time and the second time was for another friend. Question is if Ms ****** was such a difficult person the first 2 times why would this company contract for a third time. On Ms ******'s first move the movers didn't disassemble her furniture like this crew did. Obviously this was done to create extra hours to be billed.I or Ms ****** will never use this company again and feel that she is owed for almost 30.min She was billed and also for items that were damaged. Ms ****** also noticed that she had small items and change missing out of her boxes that the workers were seen looking through. We see that a company that operates now with lies and cause excessive billing will not do the right thing. We will definitely be warning all to not use this company. We would be very surprised if she receives the compensation for what is owed to her.
