My sister started working with AAA Stone Oak location around Sept. or Oct. of 2021. ****** S became her travel agent. My sisters goal was plan a girls trip for her 60th birthday to ********** the following year (2022). I wouldve been one of the traveling participants. Everyone in the group paid their deposits and things were okay. I had to later cancel my booking due to financial reasons and notified my sister in early April 2022. My sister submitted my request to cancel my booking to **************** who was SUPPOSED to then cancel through the resort so I would be issued a refund. By this time, my sister had already been experiencing HORRIBLE service provided by **************** due to her lack of communication. There were many times my sister would have to go into the office just to speak with ****** S only for her to STILL not do her job properly!! I, too attempted to contact ****** on several occasions only for her to never respond back. Long story ************************ had to be taken off of this assignment due to medical reasons so the office claimed and it was given to another travel agent ****** who did her very best to resolve the mess ****** had made only for it to be taken from ****** and placed on ****************** (Office Manager) desk who STILL has not rectified my issue! Its been 6 months and counting and I have yet to have my refund deposited back into my account! My sisters last conversation with ****************** On 9/29/22, she asked her about my refund and another persons refund and ******** response was that she would check on it. Its Wed. Oct. 5th and neither my sister or I have heard anything, even though ******* told me a few weeks ago that AAA would do whatevers necessary to get this issue resolved. HA! Those listed employees **** at communicating & have spoken highly of ****** as if she did a great job! ****** shouldve been reprimanded for completely dropping the ball on my sisters ************ have yet to get my refund! Never book a trip with this office!!Business response

We are currently looking into this for ****************, and to see if there is a refund due back to her. We are just waiting on a reply from our vendor to hopefully get this resolved for her.

I am rejecting this response because:******* already knows that I am owed a refund & this excuse has been used for months now. ******, the original travel agent did not do her job accurately & instead of reprimanding her & getting this resolved even if it meant that AAA sent me my refund, theyre now dragging their feet & just coming up with more excuses as well as making it seem as if ****** has done what shes supposed to do! This is a bogus response! ******* told me a couple weeks ago on the phone that this matter would be taken care of weeks ago no matter what it took & its still not resolved. This refund process started early April & the clock is still ticking & Ive still not been sent my refund!******** just trying to cover **** because they know this office has done a HORRIBLE job facilitating this ENTIRE trip including this refund issue & another persons refund issue. Im NOT accepting this excuse! I just want my money deposited back into my account ASAP even if that means AAA does it!
