I went to a trial class only one day for a 30 min. after that the "coach" offered me a membership, I accepted and I signed a contract for 12 months, but he told me I have 7 days to cancel and the nothing will happen. I went home and before the 7 days I change my mind and decide to cancel the membership. I paid $189 for the first month and I told them I don't want any refund, just cancel the membership, they told me the can't cancel, they said "the contract actually said that you only have three days". so they don't help me at all, they all offered my a "discount" of 10% or something, but they want me to pay almost $2k for cancel the contract, is insane to pay that amount just for one class. After all that I had a family matter so I ask if they can freeze the membership for a couple of months until I resolve the issue and maybe use the membeship. I filled out the form and they confirm my membership was frozen. But I still receiving atemps to collect that monthly fee and they charged me for late fees already. Please help me to cancel the membership I don't want refunds or anything, just cancel the membership and avoid this people.Customer response
