I have made two online appointments to have my sprinkler system repaired and have received email confirmation for both appointments. Dream Yards was a no show for both appointments and did not call or text me. The first appointment was on Sep 18th at 8 am. The second appointment was on Sep 20 at 8 am. I have left voice emails with my contact information and have not received a reply. Currently their voice mail is full and will not accept messages. I am attempting a third appointment on their website later today.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Evidently, there was some miscommunication. ****** and his helper came out at **** Monday morning, Sep 25th. The leak turned out to be a simple fix in the control box. ****** did find another leak in the back yard and fixed it promptly. He also changed out a few sprinkler heads. I can now highly recommend Dream Yards once again and now know what to expect when I make an appointment.
