In December of 2021 I reached out to Khattar Law, PC to help me apply for Social Security Benefits as I became disabled in July of 2021 due to Legionella and I was unable to work. The gentleman I spoke with took all my information to set up the claim and when I received the paperwork a lot of information was incorrect which I corrected and sent it back to him. When I called to get an update on my case he advise that I would hear something from *** within 6 months. I received a call from *** today, 8/11/22, as they wanted to verify some information before they sent the paperwork to ******, ** so it would not get denied due to needing additional missing information. Come to find out the information that was incorrect still wasn't updated and the *** representative took his time, updated the missing information and corrections that were needed. The representative also mentioned that he has tried to contact Khattar Law, PC several times but he was unable to speak with anyone or get a return phone call back. I have had to do all the leg work and very unhappy with this law firm and they will be taking their 25% cut once I get approved and paid by ***. This is unacceptable and would like to speak to someone about this.
