I called Immediate Response Locksmith around 10:00/11:00am on 7/16/22. We asked them multiple times for an estimate cost on their services into my home. They said $50-$60. When the locksmith arrived he told us he was going to charge us $120 to make a higher percentage (his exact language). He then charged me $135. I called twice to try and correct this. When they were unhelpful and trying to accuse me of lying over the phone. I left a public review. They replied to the review saying they would refund me the full price. When I called to arrange that they told me they wouldnt issue the refund because I had left the review, the review they replied to saying they would refund it. When I asked to speak to the owner who responded they told me no, because I had left the review.Business response

Yes they did call us on Sunday for a house lockout service.we explain them few times that the trip charge is $29.00 and starting price to unlock the door start at 25 and up depends on the lock and the door. Only the locksmith on site will be able to give them the total price. When the Locksmith arrived he told them the price ****** for a credit card payment , they agree and signed on the invoice with two signatures .
All our calls are recorded and they did asked few times if it will be 60$ total and we told them that Its not going to be 60$ few times and explain them few times again that Only the locksmith tech will let them know the total price .
lookout service for Sunday with 30 min response time 135$ is not over priced charge! They also had more than 1 lock to unlock and again was Sunday with this weather condition!
we are trying to give the best fast affordable prices for all our customers and to help as much as we can. The husband and wife kept calling after the service was done with questions and complains and threatened that if we will not refund them the money they will start writing bad reviews on our business.
