I took my car to Complete *********** a couple of weeks ago, because the engine was overheating. I first called this location, because the one of sw loop 410 moved and I couldn't get in contact with Econo. Well, I spoke to the manager at Complete *********** to see did they have an alternate number for Econo. The manager name is ********. He tried to reach the shop for me but no answer. So, he offered assistance and I was hesitate to take my car to that location because of the distance. So, he convince me to bring it in. So, I got a tow truck and went over there. I waited for seven hours and they first told me they can change the thermostat, but my fans wasn't working. I got the fans replaced, but I told the manager that I can only use the dealership thermostat for my car because I been through this before. I found out they never ordered the part for the dealership. So, I thought that it was replaced and when I made it almost home it ran hot. I called the manager and told him. He told me to bring it in. I bought in the next day and they told me now that the coolant circuit switch went out. I waited and I asked them, are you sure this is it because I can't keep coming over here missing days from work. I also stress that I don't want them guessing what's wrong, find out the problem. Nevertheless, the car ran hot. I had to get another tow truck over there and when the mechanic at Complete *********** looked at my car, they said they don't see the problem. They let my car ran, did a test drive and they swore nothing. Like before, it ran hot and I called the manager and he wanted me to bring the car back. I told him I'm not bringing it back. I already missed days from work , spending money and it's not fixed. To sum it up, I missed a week from work and my car is not fix. The manager did not want to refund my money for their wack job. I end up hiring another mechanic and I spend more on parts and labor such as a thermostat housing, radiator hose, water pump, and starter
