Due to unfavorable housing market conditions, my wife and I took a leap of faith and opted to purchase land. My wife discovered Braustin Homes through diligent research. After scrutinizing reviews and feedback, we validated the information in person at the *********** location, uncovering the home that was perfect for us. Our questions were thoroughly addressed, ensuring a seamless journey that transformed us into proud homeowners. The Braustin team demonstrated remarkable professionalism and warmth, miraculously turning our land into a home. Despite my service-related injuries and surgeries, Braustin Homes bestowed upon us peace and a sense of belonging. We entrusted them, and they delivered, tackling issues and offering sage advice. Their actions resonated louder than words, leaving us profoundly honored and deeply blessed.

2 starsBecause they have at least one employee named *********************** in ***********, who has been nothing but professional to me, even when my frustration has caused me to be less then professional to him. That dude is a star all by himself and for that they get two stars.But here's the facts.I've owned my brand new home for about 2.5 years. I have had NOTHING but problems with it since buying it. I understand I bought the bottom of the line most basic single wide glory model. I wasn't expecting a house that was gonna last forever at the price I paid, but good Lord! Only two and a half years? It's a 30 year mortgage! Cant it last at least 10 of those!? Whats worse is they convince you it's gonna be fine because everything is under warranty. Except the warranty on your house is only for about a year. Good luck with the other 29!Where do I begin?The plumbing was terrible when I moved in. Almost nothing worked. At least it was under warranty and **** fixed it, but I had to keep having them come back. My sprayer faucet broke. Dishwasher stopped working. Lots of things just wrong all the time The ** is constantly freezing up, and the company they subcontract to (************) charges $100 a visit FOR THEIR OWN WARRANTY. The floors got soaked and wood began to rot. **** fixed the floor after the ** was repaired last year, but now it's doing it AGAIN! Waiting to hear back if they'll fix it again. Probably not!I'm still not convinced the house is level, though they claimed to check it twice now. If the house really is level, then it's just poorly constructed because when I mop all the water slopes one direction.What else? Oh, the house came from the factory with wood ants. The exterminator told me this breed of wood ant isn't even from this region but it's from the region the house was manufactured in!I dont have enough characters to type to describe everything. Just don't buy from these people! They're a complete scam! Someday someone will destroy them with lawsuits.Review fromVeronica B

5 starsWe recently had an issue with one of the light fixtures. I emailed the team after hours at night and they responded by 10 am the very next day. **** called an set up a ************* that worked best for my schedule. He called the day of the appointment to confirm that it was still a good time for me. He was very nice and efficient. He went above and beyond for me when I know he didnt have to. I had some baseboard panels coming off the wall and he gladly nailed them back in for me. I appreciate him and the Braustin team.Review fromE. C

1 starBraustin is probably no better or worse than other mfg home dealers - it's ***************** the sale, and then delivery, setup, etc. is a crapshoot. In my case, it took about 10 weeks after purchase for the home to be delivered and setup; and, about 3 weeks of that was getting an a/c unit delivered and setup. Braustin sub-contracts everything, and so has little control over scheduling. The setup was handled by ********* *** and they were honest, reliable, and extremely overworked. The most galling things were (A) it took a year [!!] to get title to my mfg home - I had to get a ** state agency involved; (B) Braustin charged me OK sales tax even though OK does NOT collect sales tax on mfg homes - again, I had to get both OK and ** state agencies involved to recover the money.Review fromRey M

Me and my wife went with Braustin they had affordable homes even with the Covid spike when prices were high. Our experience was good all around little bumps on the road but Braustin team and my family found solutions and we got the goal accomplished. We have had minor kinks and dings in our home like any home you would buy once it settles but the Braustin construction site work team led by ****** and all his workers have done a good job in communication and professionalism and have fixed everything thus far that I have encountered in a well timely manner also good communication on the Admin side of Braustin as well communication is top notch in my opinion I always get through to someone.Braustin MH, Inc.

5 starsIm a first time home buyer and Ive had the most amazing experience with Braustin Homes. They have been very supportive in every step of the way, on the buying process and even up until today. 1 starDon't buy!!! They do not honor warranty especially when you pay in full. They DO NOT RETURN CALLS. FLOOR *****. I BOUGHT SUPPOSEDLY THE EXPENSIVE BEST THAT IS NOT WORTH A DAM!!!IM STILL WAITING YO GET MY FLOOR FIXED 3 DAM YEARS NOW.DO NOT PURCHASE HOMES HERE!!!
