This is the company that is listed as the parent company of save. They throw ads in yards and driveways. They say you can go onto save.com and have your address removed. I have done that. I have called their 800 number ( which was provided by vericast - I emailed them when I kept receiving the ads in my yard - they then said save. Was a different company). When I called , they blamed it on the post office. The ads are not sent by mail - they hire people to throw them in yards. I explained that to the guy on the phone - he said to call the number on the ads. That would be who I was calling. I want this littering to stop. Not everyone receives these - but I do every week. And when I go out of town- people know because multiples will be out there. Basically, they are littering. I do not want this junk mail and they take NO accountability to stop it. How are they not fined for littering? They are throwing basically trash in peoples yards and driveways. Which accumulate and look bad. Please help - it seems minor - but it does let people know when no one is home. Why bother stopping mail service if this junk mail in your yard and driveway lets everyone know no one has been there? This company keeps leaving Save.com coupons on my front lawn. I have contacted them numerous times during the past 12 months to cease and take me off the mailing list. I was informed that it would take up to 6 weeks to be removed. I am still getting this junk mail thrown on my lawn to this day.Business response

An affiliate "Save.COM" has been throwing garbage/circular items in plastic bag on my front lawn.We have not requested anything from them, we have no association with Save.com whatsoever.Business response

Save is now distributed by Valassis and is no longer affiliated with Vericast.
They do show that your residence was recently added to their "do not deliver" list.
Please note it can take up to six weeks for delivery to stop due to the fact that the advertisements in the Save Mailer are prepared several weeks in advance; however, they are reaching out to the distributor to see if they can stop deliveries sooner.
Should deliveries continue after November 1, 2024, please contact Valassis so they can address the matter with the distributor.

This company throws a newspaper marketing flyer on my driveway every week. We DID NOT sign up for this and we have gone to the website and requested to be removed. It doesn't come in the mail, it is literally thrown on my driveway, lawn, etc. We do not appreciate this trash on our lawn, nor do we want to have to throw this thing away every week. We do not use it, we did not sign up for it, and this company still throws this garbage on our lawn and property. We are tired of it and all efforts to get them to cease have failed. Tell this company to stop throwing garbage on our property!Business response

I have emailed and filled out the opt-out form twice to stop receiving their advertising, yet they ignore this and continue to thrown their advertisements onto my property.They are ignoring the opt out system mandated by state law and dumping what amounts to trash on my property.Business response

As this divesture recently took place, systems are still in the process of being updated. It does not change the fact that Save is printed & distributed by Valassis, which is owned by RRD.

I have asked to be removed from this mailing list several *********************** and I have called. This company is constantly delivering me their papers I never signed up for. They throw the papers in my yard, driveway or under my trees where I cant see them. I have explained this is a safety issue for me because sometimes I am not home and do not want my neighbors or anyone that frequents the neighborhood to know there is no one there.Business response

The weekly Save mailers that are thrown in front of our residence, usually the street, need to stop. I followed the request guidelines to do this a d have called several times and they continue. Well parst two months since my first request. We can get citations for junk trash and that is what this is. I need them to stop, but the company obviously does not care. I am the only one in my home that is not on disability and yet, must still check every week. There are times I'm driving up and have to get out to pick up the circulars before parking over them. There are times they sit in the rain before I'm able to pick it up. They need to stop. It was never requested and is worse than junk mail.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:
I am re-contacting the BBB because this delivery has still not ceased. I have gone online to add my address to the do not deliver and it is already there from when I added it months ago. I have made several calls and received calls and am told yes my address is on the do not deliver list and yes it's been escalated to management and yes it will be stopped, but obvious to no avail. Also, the 800 customer service number for ********************** is answered Vericast and I was told yes it's the correct number, so they are still the contact, unlike what they led me to believe in their reply to my original complaint. They said the delivery would be stopped for 5 years and then I'd have to re-request to be back on the list to not deliver. Again, the delivery has not stopped. It was in the street last week again. This is so frustrating since we never requested the junk ads delivery, that we become responsible to pick up off the street or where it lands and discard it so trash does not build up and so we don't get citations from our city.

I have made multiple "stop delivery" requests on the Save website following the directions to verify my address. My multiple requests were made over the last three months and as recently again as July 15, 2024. Their website states cancellation requests remain valid for 5 years. These continuing deliveries present a problem due to my travel schedule when they accumulate in front of my house!! I have no way to provide documentation of my online cancellation requests. I just want the deliveries to STOP! Thank you!Business response

This company delivers a daily spam paper "Save.com" and refuses to stop delivery to me or my neighbors despite repeated attempts to stop this mail (that I never ordered). They need to stop delivering papers to me.Business response

Can you please provide us your full mailing address so we can investigate and address this matter for you? Please note, once an address is removed, it takes up to six weeks for deliveries to stop due to advertising campaigns being printed in advance.

I bought my house a year ago and was getting spam advertisements from Save.com (Vericast owns their distribution). I've tried to unsubscribe multiple times now and they won't stop sending unwanted, useless, and downright wasteful advertisements to my property. There is no contact listed on the save.com website. I want this waste of paper and plastic stopped.Business response
