            I bought my mom a groupon a couple years back for a massage from Adrienne but she was never able to make an appointment because no one would answer and not one would call her back after leaving a message. Months later she gave me back the groupon so I tried more than several time with no success either. I eventually got frustrated and stopped trying. About a year later I tried again and she finally answered an email of mine where I had mentioned that the groupon was now expired because we never able to make an appointment. Adrienne told that even if it was expired it was still worth what I paid for it BUT again I wasn't able to make an appointment. A year or two later I called and left messages again w no response so I tried emailing her again. When she responded to my email she was apologetic about not calling back but told me she wasn't going to accept the groupon. So I got screwed (robbed) out of $60 because she didn't feel like responding to her messages that she ask's you to leave. She was supposed to release stress but she only caused it.
