I paid for a 1 and 1/2 hour which is 90 minutes massage. The whole 90 minutes the technician just massage my shoulders, arms, and calf. I paid for a full body massage, but did not get it. She asked me to turn on my back for her to continue massage my shoulders which was a very awkward position. When I first arrived at the office, they had me filled out on the tablet what areas I wanted them to focus on. I selected my shoulders and entire legs. I did not get that service done. When she asked me to turn on my back she continue to massage my shoulders. I was very disappointed because I got massages before and they massage my whole body. She skip the rest of my leg. I think she did not look at the chart I filled out because she ask me if I wanted my feet done which I selected on the chart that I did not want that area massage. I left disappointed when I left and felt stressed which defeated the purpose I wanted to achieve which was to get a massage to relax.Business response
