After my stay in 2019 around the summer my 3 children and my self maid a reservation to stay for the entire month we for 1 were put on the top floor with my chidden. Next my phone was hacked by a person i believe to the door next to me ..I told the staff these two people would slap my door with a magnet or metal oblect when ever they left ..i found that my internet was associated with pictures from that present time..i told the staff and not sure what transpired about it..the picture online for there advertisement was with the same cars that were in the drive way ..i googld the policys and seen the same cars that were in the drive way and was strange ..The next few days it was strange and the next door guys walked out and was passive aggressive ask me for a tool i told him im in fear of people im good and he got agressive and made a threat of assult to me in the commission of my children...i chose to move and the staff refused to refuse my money after there resident violaited a policy of violence's ..they kept 390 dollars and police report filed and money kept by **** the manager og this staff..Business response

Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to respond to this BBB concern. The guest in room 335, ***************************** got into an exchange of words with two other guests lodging on the property. Jermar then accused another guest of threatening his children and being a police officer. Following the exchanges Jermar complained about InTown Suites, **** and the local police department. He claims he is being watched and followed by the authorities. Jermar then stated he wanted to check out and contact corporate and the **** Additionally, we apologize that the guest did not enjoy their stay and for the proposed concerns experienced by the guest, however, according to the guest agreement signed at the time of check-in InTown Suites has a no refund policy.

In town suites, the north ******* hotel on ************ has, on 3 occasions double booked rooms so that when I arrived I was told my reservation was cancelled. This needs to be looked into as their unethical actions have cost me money and stress. They are clearly booking one room to multiple parties knowing one party will be screwed. Please look into this as establishments like this have no reasons remaining open. I appreciate u guys looking into this.
