Contacted the dealership to see about buying my 2 motorcycles. ******************** for pics. Sent as requested. ******************** if trike was painted, advised yes prior to him making any offer. It was painted before I took possession and by a different Harley dealership. Called today to see if I could drop bikes off as it was easier than making 2 trips as I live far away. Was told yes but they couldnt cut check until Tuesday. Not one did ************** State they would change their mind after seeing them visually in person, or the offer was dependent on such actions. ***** the ** said he refused to buy the bikes as ********************* to and offered because the trike was painted. When I confronted ************** About this and why did he offer knowing it was painted, he avoided me. ***** then said the offer was contingent upon visual inspection which was not discussed; however, irrelevant as the bike is in pristine condition without even a scratch! With the offer provided and my acceptance, this creates a valid agreement.Initial Complaint

On May 11th, I visited he Smokey Mountain Harley-Davidson (HD) of Kodac dealership while on vacation in *********. The Salesperson *********************** at that time provided me great customer service and also sent me a follow up email regarding the visit to the store stating that we are committed to exceeding the expectations of our customers, and I will do everything possible to ensure that you are completely satisfied. On May 12th, 2022, I purchased the ******************* (FLTRUSE) motorcycle from the ****************** of Kodac dealership. The motorcycle appeared to be in excellent condition on the showroom floor. The Salesperson *********************** stated that the motorcycle came with an extended warranty. On my ride back home to San Antonio, ***** I noticed that the motorcycle was backfiring at idle and at **** and **** RPMs it was riding rough (I was using only Premium Gasoline). On May 14 I took my bike to HD and I was informed by Cowboys HD that it was faulty spark wires which were not in stock so I would have to leave the motorcycle overnight and I informed **************** of the update via email. On May 15th, **************** responded Thats strange but sounds like a simple fix at least. I have continued to make almost daily contact with Cowboys HD of San Antonio, and they are still having issues trying to fix the motorcycle. They offered to place me into another motorcycle but wanted an additional $9,000 down payment and then a higher payment on a lesser motorcycle Road Glide not a CVO. This is adding insult to injury having to come out of pocket and have a higher payment. This is not the way to resolve an issue of being sold a defective motorcycle. Please note that this is not a parts/supply issue related to the pandemic.I have now made my 3rd payment which was due 11th of August. I have now been without my motorcycle for 15 weeks (I only drove it for 4 days).Business response
