The ********************************** is terrible.Several months ago, I took my bike to have a sound bar installed. they had to go under the seat to install the power. Of course, when i received the bike back, the seat was installed and the passenger seat covers a portion of the back fender. On 3 July 24, i took the bike back for an oil change and to check the radio that ha stopped working. They notified me that it was a fuse and they wanted to show me where it was located. So now i see the seat is off and I also see major scratches on my fender where the passenger seat sits (its a sundowner). I would not have known it was there if they had not taken the seat off. They had the nerve to say, "if I let them install a new sound bar, they will try to buff out the scratches"(that they cause).Really? Then one of the advisors tried to tell me that "the seat will cause scratches on the fender". Like that is normal.Initial Complaint

I started this class to get a motorcycle endorsement back in my home state of *********. When I googled BRC classes this is mostly what came up. This class does not describe any curriculum for day 1, 2, or 3 nor what type of bikes that are used which was a very big concern of mine as I am female & I don't like big bikes. I should have asked more questions so that is my fault 100%, but I thought that since it was approved by the *** that it would be sthg that all people could learn on since it was a beginner course. Day 1 was all bookwork & was ok for the most part. I did not feel that instructor really went over what was actually on test until the end. A comment was made when I stated I was *************** of where my parents were from which was weird to me that it was assumed they were not Americans. Day 2 riding the motorcycle. On my application I was very explicit on how much work I needed with gears. Instructor didn't even check that I wasn't using my back pedal on one round. I was doing ok until the cone course. At one point, the bike almost threw me forward, but I grabbed the front brake and it jolted to a stop and I screamed so loud. I was so shaken. He just said keep going and did not check on me. After that it went downhill. I was told I needed to go faster to keep up which made me have more pressure & in my head and I just could not get the pattern of the course I had to pass. Myself and another guy with barely any experience were given bikes that instructor knew had stalling and neutral issues. They kept sticking, stalling, & you had to constantly jerk it to find neutral and it would just turn off. I felt very uncomfortable and did not trust the bike I had. I feel this class is not truly for beginners or who need more guidance or one on one coaching especially for those of us who are getting automatic bikes or non-Harley. I am requesting a partial refund since I only did 1.5 days out of the 3. I will be retaking this course at my old college back in **.Business response

Please provide details as to which date the complainant took the course at Caliente Harley-Davidson in *********** *****. The complaint appears rather generic and lacks details specific to our dealership. Thank you.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:I do not know how my answer is "generic" as you have the full name & address I registered with. I even sent an email to the manager ********************* requesting the partial refund which was ignored and never responded to and another manager named ***** followed up with me via phonecall which I requested the same thing who told me to speak to *********************. My student ID number was 16619132. The dates of the class were Monday, November 15, 2021 to Wednesday, November 17, 2021. I left Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at 12 PM and spoke to ***** after class about the situation, but she provided no resolution. I read over the disclaimer and nowhere does it state nonrefundable. I am only requesting a refund for the rest of half of Tuesday & Wednesday because I was slowing down the class unable to keep up and two days later I woke up with horrible whiplash in my neck where I actually called in sick to work because I could not get out of bed or move. I signed a waiver so its irrelevant, but coach kept stating do not keep any fingers on front brake or hover which my friend whos biked for years told me to always keep fingers on the front brake. If I wouldn't of had my fingers hovered over. I would have been thrown forward & seriously injured. Harley should consider all levels of training to fit different people as well as providing other bikes. I plan to take the class at another school where different sized bikes are offered and hopefully more one on one training as a group setting for me did not work.
Thank You
