So decided to check this place out. Just went browsing around looking for a motorcycle. This salesman's by the name of ***** came to talked for a bit and got me thinking into actually trying to get one after all. Showed me a bike which I really liked. So I decided let see if I can actually get approved for the one that he showed me. After a couple of minute's he then tells me the bike has been sold already to a couple that was there before we got there. First of all this is poor customer service, how is he gonna show me a bike that someone already had interests in it. Already ran my credit smh! Then he decided to show me a bike that was just turned in then precedes to tell me that its not ready and might not be able to finance it cause its an older model and we would need cash to buy it. Then he decided to show me another bike but it was it a different city and I would need to place a small deposit for the bike to be bought down here. Finally I said ok lets try it. Just the demeanor overall of this guy was so unprofessional and I actually felt discriminated by the lack of service due to my occupation and due to my legal name not matching that I was turned down. I've been to bigger dealership like ****** and ****** and got approved with no issues! Worse experience ever!
