On 6/16/2022 I ran an errand for my son *********************. Since he was moving, he wanted to donate his cello to a needy youth so that they could pursue music. My wife and I spoke to ****** ********* at the Alamo Music Center, and donated the cello on our son's behalf. We asked for a letter which could be used for Federal taxes to document the donation. He said that we would receive an email to that effect the following week. But after multiple calls to the music center, we did not receive a donation email or letter. On July 15, 2022 I was able to track down ******** email from one of the office workers at Alamo Music Center. On July 16, 2022 I wrote an email to **************************************************************** and he responded right away and apologized that the donation email or letter did not go out yet. He said he would take care of it with his support staff and promised that it would take only a few days. However, to date I have not received the donation email or letter. I sent another email on July 25, 2022 but got no response. I want the donation email or letter ASAP, and an explanation of why it was not sent. Other people should be warned about their shoddy customer relations. Furthermore, an apology should be given by them.Business response

Good afternoon,
I spoke to **************** at 5:15pm on August 18th, 2022. I apologized for the lateness of his donation letter for his son's cello. I verified his email and told him I was gathering a few more pieces of information and I would send him an email the next day with the letter. Today I emailed ***************** a PDF attachment letter verifying his donation.
I also spoke with the manger he was requesting the letter from and unfortunately he believed that the office/service department were responsible for sending donation letters. There was a communication breakdown that has now been resolved. Thank you!
