    The reason I am reaching out to BBB is that I am getting the run around from St. **** Music, LLC in regards to my refund. I filled out my 30-day notice of discontinuation of ****** back on 11-11-21. On December 20, 2021, I had followed up with them (via email) in reference to my refund and ******* replied back on 12-22-21 stating my refund would be processed in early January 2022. I do not understand why it's taking so long to receive my money back for services we did not use. I also asked what my refund amount was and was never given that information. Her tuition was $1,500 which covered July 1, 2021- August 1, 2022. My daughter's last ****** was on December 10th. My last email from ******* was on 3-10-2022 and this is what she said. "Hi, *****, I apologize that you have not received your refund. You have been extremely patient and I greatly appreciate your patience regarding receiving your refund. Our director, ****** St. ****, handles disbursement, approval and processing of all refunds. His number is **************. I have sent him another refund request. I sent him your Zelle information when you provided me with their information. I believe this will be the refund payment platform. After receiving this last email from ******* I have called and left messages to ****** and still have not received a callback. ****** is the director and (also included in the emails going back and forth), he should have reached out to me. But he has NOT. I am very disappointed and angry that I have to be following up with the status of my refund. Too many repeated emails that "it's being processed". Very unprofessional the way this company is handling my situation. All, I want is my hard-earned money back. Money doesn't fall from the tree.
