This company is deliberately not returning my musical equipment that I brought them for repair in December 2021 despite attempts for over 8 months. Its replacement cost is at least $2,500 but more than that, its an extremely rare piece of musical equipment thats been out of production since the ****s. I even provided (2) additional chips to them to use in the repairs which have a value of at least $200. This company was reputable when I was referred to them. I gave them (3) pieces of equipment to repair. They repaired (2) with no difficulty (although also over an extended period of time that required multiple inquiries from myself). But then, with the last (Mutronics Mutator), the owner (****) dragged his feet on. At first he was responsive. That was in April 2022 saying he was still working on the equipment and that it was giving his some trouble. Then, in May 2022 he began ignoring requests for updates and requests to return my equipment. I tried calling, having my wife call, texting, contacting on their website & social media, and even driving by their storefront. ZERO response until my wife threatened to file a police report for theft in December 2022. Then, the owner responded saying they would contact us to return the gear within the week. Its been 3 weeks since then (in addition to the 7 months that he ignored my attempts to get my gear back). I still dont have my gear back!!!! I paid a deposit and I want my gear back now (and free from retaliatory damage).
