    The Global Optics company is installing their optic lines on the street directly in front of my house. In so doing, they drove a small tractor onto my yard and broke one of my Sprinkler Head and Pipe that I have installed in my yard. I spoke with the ******* in charge of the crew by the name of *****, and explained what his company tractor had done. He saw the broken sprinkler head and broken pipe and said "yea, those things happen sometimes," referring to the fact that sometimes accidents happen while doing their installations. ***** took a picture of the broken sprinkler head and pipe. Due to the fact that a pipe was broke, I called a company that specializes in fixing these sprinkler problems to come out and fix the sprinkler head and broken pipe. (The ******************, P.O.Box *****, ***********,** *****, ************. ****************, the lawn sprinkler guy came out immediately. *****, the ******* of the crew was present and spoke with ***************. **************** explained what the damag the tractor had done. I waited two or three days for someone from the company to get back with me but no one did. I've called twice and have spoken with a ******** the first time, and an unknown lady's name te secondtime, and have been told that their Superintendent, ***********************, has been given my damage recipt. I have requested that they please get bck with me and let me know if they are going to pay me for their damage. They say they will call me back but as of this date, no one has called me back. It has been more than a month and I still haven't heard any response from this company. The repair for the sprinkler head and pipe was $175.00.

    Our neighbors had ****** fiber installed and global optics is who was used to complete it. Upon coming onto our property they busted our water pipe, which resulted in a nearly $1000 water bill. (Our normal usage is about $100.) this happened back in February and at this point I am still getting the run around. Global optics says waiting for ****** fibers investigation report, to which I just received stating they arent responsible because they havent been on the property recently. Global optics who was contracted for the install however has been yet still hasnt taken responsibility for our high water bill due to their breaking of our water pipes. Im not even asking to have the repair of that water pipe reimbursed, just the water bill. I would advise to stay far away from global optics and ****** fiber since they obviously dont care about the customers. (Technically we arent even customers, which is why this feels like an even bigger blow.)
