            After storming off from ************************************************, I thought I would not be able to buy a car at all to replace my **************** just got break-in damage). On the way home I saw Fernandez-Honda, and even though it was only 1 hour away from closing time, I thought Id stop in just to check out if they had anything I liked and then return Saturday to buy it. I saw the perfect truck for me. A Cactus ********** Ranger. I fell in love with it. The sales manager stopped me and offered me something to drink, (since it was 104+ weather and I certainly looked like I was about to faint.)I took it and explained my situation. He said Wow what a tough day for you. Let me see if my friend ****** can help you.From there, they took my info so I could test drive the truck, and when I came back, most of the process was already done. They took my broken 8yr old *** from my hands and swiftly completed the application process. Everyone was extremely quick and very thorough. We did not go onto the next step without having all questions/doubts answered. Everybody was easy going and they treated us like family. Definitely the opposite of the service I received from ************************* in ***************. Overall Im beyond happy with my experience, and so lucky to have a vehicle I love and am obsessed with. Thank you ****** Thank you *** Thank you ******* Thank you ******, and they didnt even make us feel like they just wanted to go home already. It was almost 8 when we left. They were so excited for me, as if they knew I really needed this ??
