      ** was very informative when we looked at cars last Friday. Not high pressured and was very honest about making a trade for a 2024 Soul. He was to get a new inferno red in for me to look at. I wanted to trade my 2017 Soul for a trade in of $15,000 which Kia ******* do. Total mileage of ******, car bought brand new at Kia *********************** all service and recalls done and recently oil change, tires rotated and cabin filter replaced.

      I reached out to the dealership and requested a quote on the ************ EX with the rear entertainment package. The salesman *******, sent it to me on 9/2. I spent all day on 9/3 jumping through hoops for them. When I double checked with them that the rear entertainment was in fact included in the quote, they said no and resubmit it with 9k worth of fees added to it. I told the general sales manager, ******, that this was wrong and unethical to do this to customers. He said it was too bad and he's not selling it for the originally quoted price no matter what. This dealership should not be in business. I've never been treated this way.

      The staff lacks communication, professionalism, and competence. An external credit union offered a better loan rate and less expensive gap insurance and therefore World ******************************** (WCK-N) was asked to provide a purchase order. A trade in was also taken to Carmax because WCK-N offered $6,000 less.Once the purchase order arrived at the credit union, multiple phone calls took place to fix things like names and mileage. There was a $300 rebate on the purchase order. However, when it came time to actually signing the final paperwork, WCK-N claimed the $300 rebate had to be paid due to a clerical error. Upon admitting the erroneous mistake, the sales director would not honor the price on the purchase order.To add insult to injury, the final purchase order had to be corrected after the finance department put it together last minute.The red flags were obvious when names were misspelled on the original price negotiations. The sales representative laughed it off and said, "Don't worry, the final paperwork will be right."~ 7 hours were wasted doing this car deal:~ 1.5 hours negotiating Saturday Aug. 28 ~ 1 hour purchase order retrieval Wednesday Sep. 1 ~ 3 hours back and forth between the credit union and dealer due to clerical errors Thursday Sep. 1 ~ 1.5 hours closing the deal and discussing said errors Thursday Sep. 1 This time does not include the ~2 hours spent at Carmax doing a trade in because WCK-N offered $6,000 less.I cannot in good faith recommend doing business with WCK-N. An additional $300 and about 4.5 hours of time were wasted for mistakes made by World ********************************.
