On October 28, 2022 I contact *********************** from A PlusPro ********************************************* via text message. Here I asked him for an estimate for my kitchen on the following: backsplash, cover the island and painting the cabinets which has 22 doors and 7 drawers his answer was: $1,700.00 for the cabinets, for the removal of back splash with installation of new tile (excluding materials) and would be only $800.00, and to cover the Island $300.00.On October 31 we meet so I could see his pallets of colors for the paint. Here we agree that for the back splash and the island it would be $1,100.00, to paint the cabinets $1,700.00 (no discount) because he would be using lacker paint, by the time of this meeting no hard copy of a quote or estimated was delivered. On November 9, ************** started with the backsplash and island finishing on November 12, on November 11, check #**** was pay to the oder of ************** (as indicated by him) for the Amount $1,100.00. Again by this date no invoice or quote or estimate was given by him. Here we agree to start the cabinets on December 1, 2022.On December 2, 2022 employees of A ***************************************** employees came to picked up only the cabinets doors and drawers and on the 7 ************** came to paint the cabinets leaving the island out because of lack of paint for the Island. Here I requested him an invoice for the painting including the guarantee and he just asked me for my name and address so he could prepared one. Then ************** came back on December 14, to finish. This date I pay ************** by error the amount of $1,800.00 with check #**** instead the $1,700.00 agreed before. On the 15 at 10:53am., I text him to call me. When he called me back I explain to him the error on the check in which he acknowledge that he will returned the $100.00 difference in cash and will delivered the Invoice. Up to date business has not try to delivered invoice nor the return of the $100.00. Copies of checks where provided.Business response

Hi, sorry I was not able to get back to you over the holidays , I did speak to your husband yesterday on 12/27/2022, I'll be delivering your Invoice on the 12/30/2022 . Sorry for the inconvenient.
