  Here is what I wrote to the aggressively fraudulent business owner. I offered him $600, but will now offer $300 due to the scope of work that had to be redone being discovered much higher than when I wrote the below message. Thanks for the invoice. Based on the terms of our agreement Im not clear on the reasoning for the total amount invoiced being $2100. Our agreement was focused by our discussions about getting one or more framers (I never asked for any unskilled workers) to learn some of the unusual aspects of our design so you and them could substantially contribute to our future projects where you could be our GC. Now I know you are not a GC. What I got was not what was requested, not what I agreed to, in several ways. I requested framers and agreed to your offer to supply framer(s). I got zero framers from you. The agreed rate for a framer was $75/hr. Since you didnt provide any framer, that hourly rate is not what we agreed to- also you didnt send anyone skilled at framing. I never agreed to provide tools or ladders and you never said you needed any. I provided all materials, training, documents. Your invoiced me for hours they were away from the jobsite, which are not billable. Your offer of work was fraudulent as was your aggressive invoice. Here is what Im willing to pay for the work we got done, based not on our prior agreement, which you didnt make clear to me you would not meet the terms of. $25/hr x 2 x 6 per day, = $600 total for the two days of work.The work was worth $300, which is my current offer, due to lots of reworking needed because nothing was straight or level.

  I did received a call from ******* say that he is the project assistant manager we discuss about the project he mentioned that was a new system of construction, they were new in San Antonio, they were looking for help, I explained that type of construction was not normal or common type of construction he agreed, I did give them a hourly rate for labor only. 

  I send a crew of two workers for two days one of the workers was a woman. 

  ****** miss respect my crew saying that plus he mentioned to me that my female worker was a waitress. She has lots of skills, over all he refuse to pay for the labor fee and offer a ridiculous amount of money for the service. 

  We work hard for our money, we need to get pay as we agreed.
