Absolutely amazing!!!!! Highly recommend! We had several companies come out to bid on resurfacing our pool, and surprisingly, a few weeks later could not reach them when we were ready to start. I filled out an inquiry on the BBB website and within 30 min received a phone call from *******************************, (on a Sunday might I add, which I totally did not expect, I was thinking more like Monday). He completed the bid, gave us a written estimate, and was able to start the work that week. We were amazed!!! Communication has been exceptional. They broke the payment down into 3 parts during the work process and of course required the final payment when the pool was almost complete. To be honest, just from past dealings with other companies, I was afraid that once the final check was paid, any additional issues would not be addressed. SO NOT THE ******** There were a couple of minor issues, (the electrical panel wasn't working when we turned it on), and with a quick text an electrician was sent out, the problem addressed (faulty GFI switch) and everything works perfectly!!! We are extremely pleased with the caliber of the workmanship. We are thrilled that if we need any future pool repairs, we know exactly who to call.

The job was to repair a noisy pool pump. He suggested draining the pool, power washing, acid washing and cleaning out the pool drains. $1200. I agreed this needed to be done. The water had turned green and I had a lot of calcium on the tile. Pool looks great however, First day arrived on time. Next day arrived a few minutes late. Third day he arrived almost 30 minutes late. Fourth day to receive final payment arrived almost 30 minutes late. When we turned on the pump it still made very loud noise. He kept pushing me to get a new pump for $2100. I will be changing the pump impeller and motor myself for a fraction of the cost. I suggested this but he kept pushing to get a new pump.
