On August 24, 2023, Mr. ***************** and Crew were getting ready to work on my neighbor's driveway and he offered to do mine. The cost was $2500, and he only accepted cash.Thru my security cameras I saw them working on it and at the end of the day when I got home was visited (photo provided) by the son in law of ************ to collect the cash.I called ************ to confirm who was picking up the cash and pointed out some areas where the asphalt looked loose and other were it seems to be lacking product. ************ assured me that it was looking like that because the weather was too hot, and I needed to give it time to settled.At 6:18 pm on the same day I reminded ************ to email me the invoice he promised he was going to email.On August 26, 2023, I texted ************ again and with images of the areas where the product was either lacking and/or not enough and he said he was going to send the crew again to pour a liquid on top to make it stick faster. on August 29, 2023, ****************** crew showed up a sprayed some liquid on the driveway. I again was instructed to not park the car for 2 days and it dry, which I did.Though the days and weeks, the asphalt has become completely loose, is cracking and some areas are completely lifted and detached from the ground. The whole area is a complete ****** have called and left messages, I have texted messages and images to no avail. ************ has not return any of my calls or text messages.Before I file a lawsuit with the court, I thought I will try this route.I just need the money back to be able to hire another company to redo the job.Due to the lack of response and negligence to take responsibility I don't feel it is a good idea expect this company to redo a good job. It's lack of professionalism and response sets a precedent.******************* ID shows as Mar's Paving, his crew had a unform with LCL Paving, the mobile number he provided is ************. I never got the invoice so this is the best I could find in the on internet.Any help on getting this resolved is greatly appreciated.
