On 1 June 2022 I sent *********************** $2600.66 to transport a kitten from ******* to *****************. We agreed that the kitten should come here in Mid July. On 6 July I messaged her, she had not even contacted the breeder that had the kitten. She messaged the breeder and booked a flight for Tuesday, July 12 2022 without asking either myself or the breeder if that date was acceptable. I messaged her and asked her if she could do this Thursday or Friday, the 14th or 15th of July and she said "of course." She then told me that the flights had been booked and were non refundable after I asked for my money back. The kitten is not ready to go as it needs to be vetted and there was no notification that she was wanting to pick the kitten up on that day. She said she was not responsible for the kitten being vetted, but once again, she didn't give anyone any notice that she was booking a flight. I am asking that my full refund of $2600.66 be refunded immediately. I sent her a request through pay pal which she cancelled. I sent her another one and it is pending. It just so happens she is in Europe and it's more convenient for her.
