Unethical Plumber- I guess the plumber jokes are True JC Enriquez and Son Plumbing-DO NOT USE EVER!!!Where do I begin? A leak sprung in my kitchen, prompting *** to inspect. He swiftly attributed it to the upstairs bathroom, employing forceful tactics, emphasizing the perils of mold and the urgency for removal. Claiming fixtures were unusable and needed replacement, he pushed me into agreement, capitalizing on my medical background and knowledge of mold's dangers. I found myself in a state of panic. *** told me he had to cancel all his other jobs and use all his crews to complete this job. When I asked about a mold expert, *** told me it would cost $100,000 and they would have to cover everything in plastic. There is no way I could live like this. After shelling out $13,000, the room was gutted. Instead of needing his whole team it took *** and ***** 4 hours and his mold treatment amounted to a mere spray and a dehumidifier. Thats over 1500.00/hr. I was utterly foolish. Adding insult to injury, he demanded a $400 surcharge for credit card use and omitted my entitled military discount., (written in big letters on his truck.) Refusing to furnish an itemized receipt, he altered prices at will. ***'s conduct is reprehensible. Not only did ***'s actions leave me financially drained and emotionally shaken, but they also left me in a dire situation. With no funds left to redo the bathroom, I'm now faced with the stress of hosting family from out of town for a graduation celebration. With no functional bathroom. ***'s unethical behavior has not only impacted my finances but has also embarrassed me and disrupted our very important family reunion.

The work and commitment these guys showed during the job was outstanding. They ran into some unforeseen issues but completed the job the same day going into after hours. I will definitely recommend them to my family, friends and anyone who asks me if I know a reliable and honest plumbing company.

Have had a hole in my yard for over a month. My father has been scammed and cheated. He waited and lost work wages while waiting for these people to finish the job. Senior citizens beware of this business.

Very expensive...they took my old part without asking ...if I wanted to keep it ..I will never use them again...

Recently had water heater replaced by *** (son), who was extremely ARROGANT and very CONDESCENDING! It has taken me over a week to get over the stressful experience I had with him. His dad had quoted me a price after I had sent pictures (by his request) so I went ahead with the project. Then his arrogant *** comes and raises the original quote by $1,100! Claiming all kinds of extra work needed, he definitely realized I was a SENIOR!! My fault for not reading all the BAD reviews before hiring them, BUT I truly trusted them since Dad was highly referred by a good friend. Now I know they are NOTORIOUS for scamming SENIORS out of money. I know I wasROBBED.And when people complaint, the *** relies with his sorry you feel this way excuses! PLEASE people, READ all their BAD REVIEWS *************** them or contact me for more details. SENIORS we need to STOP people from taking advantage of us. Thank You and I would appreciate NO SORRY RESPONSE from ENRIQUEZ & *** PLUMBING!!!

Called Choice Home Warranty for toilet repair of water coming up under base of toilet. Plumber came, said theres a crack in bowl, the warranty wont cover. Took the fee and left. I called warranty company and they said plumber said crack was due to harsh negligent treatment of toilet. By 2 elders in their eighties? Harsh treatment? The plumber lied, no excuse to say elders are negligent. As for Choice, i paid for 6 years. In 4 years they have denied all requests for repairs, and they are few. I was then told I head paid for 6 years but they deduct $31 a month from what I paid and even though I have until June 24, ****, I have nothing on my contract left. What a ripoff. No one told me about the $31 a month being charged. They cant fix water heater. Or freezer cant be fixed because its in the den, not kitchen. I will not recommend Enriquez Plumbing or Choice Home Warranty

Had a 2nd story toilet plugged & for what I thought would be a simple snake job. They ended up cutting huge holes in the walls and ceiling of 3 rooms, and they kept quoting me higher & higher costs as they continued. They had to come back a second day, and to finish up by end-of-day, they invited 2 more plumbers, so I was getting charged for the time of 4 plumbers at once, two of them master plumbers who are extremely expensive. Once the cost reached past $2500 I knew I'd have to try to make an insurance claim. They gave me a false sense of security saying that they work with insurance companies all the time and would take care of everything. I should have checked with my insurance before allowing these plumbers to do any work, because my insurance later denied the claim and I was left with a staggering $12,600 bill for two days work that I had to pay out of pocket. They offered me no discount or help with the bill once they found out my insurance wouldn't cover it. When they pulled out the plugged sewage from the line, they just threw it in my trash can without even bothering to put it in a trash bag or anything. They also dumped all the nasty sewage water they collected into my lawn. The drywall repair for the damage they left was another $2500 on top of the plumbing bill for a grand total of $15,100 out of pocket. I'm left with so much regret and so many questions--was all the work absolutely necessary? Did they really need to have 4 plumbers working on it at the same time? Could another plumber have fixed the plugged line for less money? Were they honest about what work actually needed to be done and the amount they charged? Could there have been an easier way? Did they intentionally overcharge me once they thought my insurance would be paying the bill? Couldn't they have offered me a discount once I told them insurance wouldn't cover the bill? I absolutely cannot recommend these plumbers. Complete nightmare. Stay away!
