I cannot say enough good things about Legend. After being told (by companies that I will not name herein) that tunneling under my home was needed to fix my plumbing problem for a cost exceeding $25k, Legend fixed the issue for under $700. The difference was that Legend did not automatically go to the most expensive solution for the issue. Legend had enough regard for me as a regular, working-class homeowner to try a cost-effective solution to my plumbing problem before resorting to drastic measures. Do you ever worry that you are being gouged at the mechanics, lawyers office, HVAC repair company, etc etc etc because you dont know if what you are being quoted is fair? You wont have to worry about that with Legend because they are honestwhich is apparently a rare quality in the home repair industry nowadays. Thank you Legend, and thank you **** (the patient Legend plumber that helped me) for saving my $25k for my daughters college tuition! Extra cake in heaven for yall!Review from Frances/Nancy B.

They sent out a plumber to diagnose the problem and came out the next day to fix it.

Legend did a very good job on hot work. I had them do as far as my plumbing they have done plumbing before for me and Ive always thought that they have done extremely good job. They were reasonable and they didnt mess around about doing the work, they did the work and a very timely manner. And I would use them again in the future.Legend Plumbing and Septic Co. Response

Good contact from company. The have done work for us before and pleased with past work. Apparently prices have gone up considerably and I was astounded at the walk out the door price I got. Their supplier sent them wrong part so had to wait a bit before job could be completed. Having to share a restroom with rest of the family was no fun. Finally, part came in and it was fixed, lickety split. Thank you Legend! If I learned anything from this, it's probably not to get glacier Bay. So glad these guys could fix it though.Review from Marty B.

This company is a nightmare. So unprofessional. My home warranty has them as their contractor and they do not know how to manage anything at all. My home warranty stated they have not received anything from them and when I called yesterday 08/07/2023 and today 08/08/2023 they have an answering machine stating they are closed for the holidays. Family owned, great people, fast response and service. ***** is efficient and friendly. If you have any questions, he answers them and shows you anything you need to know. The job was well done. I will definitely be recommending Legend Plumbing.
